Honestly, can it get more magical than this? As someone who LOVES snow, this was everything I could hope for. These two flew all the way from Texas to enjoy the beautiful Vancouver winter. If you are familiar with winter in Vancouver, you would know it's often very dark, rainy and gloomy. But we were in luck this year and this surprise proposal happened on the day it was snowing, which was what they had wanted.

The original plan for the proposal was not at Stanley Park, however due to the snow, we had to make some last minute changes which I think worked out in the end for the better because safety first friends! When planning a surprise proposal, always have back up plans in place in case unexpected things like this happen.

Also, huge props to these two for bracing the cold for this session. It was freezing, but it definitely was worth it because of how beautiful the images turned out. I had the best time photographing these two especially because they were totally up for each prompt and each idea I had and did them like champ. As a photographer, I could not have asked for a better couple.
