I was honestly so impressed when I was approached with this surprise proposal completely planned out already. It truly made my job super easy. This was the first time I captured a surprise proposal where friends were involved! They were the ones that helped set up the whole scene. They just hid around the corner until the question was popped and it was super fun to have them there to celebrate with the couple. Having this grand setup does slightly defeat "the surprise" since she already knew what was going on as she was led to the spot, but it really is very special and beautiful and anyone will be lucky to be proposed to with a gorgeous set-up like this!

We originally wanted to catch the sunset for the proposal but their dinner ran a little late. But with surprise proposals sometimes you just have to go with the flow! It still turned out amazing and I am happy to have captured this moment for them.
